DO YOU PROVIDE CERTIFICATION FOR DIAMONDS?

Most of our high end diamonds are certified.

WILL YOU BUY AN UNWANTED WATCH?

We will only purchase high end second hand watches with certified origins.

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR NON-SHOPPING SERVICES?

In most cases, no appointment is required - you’re fine to just walk in. If in doubt, you can always give us a call before visiting, on 020 8854 1231.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DESIGN AND CREATE A BESPOKE ENGAGEMENT RING WITH CHARLES DANCE?

This can vary due to the complexity of your piece, but in general, bespoke pieces take between 2 - 4 weeks.
