We offer complimentary shipping via Royal Mail on all UK orders once full payment is received. We endeavour to process and despatch your item within 1-3 working days.
Estimated delivery times are 1-3 working days within the UK. Your item(s) will be sent by a secure, trackable and signed for delivery service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping. We are able to arrange this for some items only - please get in touch prior to purchase if you are hoping to ship outside the UK.

14 DAYS TO RETURN
Please contact us via email at info@charlesdancejewellers.co.uk to let us know of your intention to return the item(s). Items must be returned at your cost via a secure and insured service, and in the same condition as dispatched, without any damage and with the original sales receipt. If items are damaged, broken or altered they will not be accepted for a refund. Refund or credit will be processed within 3 days of receiving the item, in the same form as the original payment.
